Game Service Customer Agreement

This Agreement sets out your rights, obligations, applicable terms and conditions when using the game service (hereinafter referred to as the Service), and also records the responsibilities and obligations of the Company. I. (Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms)
You understand that after you register as a member of this website, you can use the various member services provided by the company (hereinafter referred to as this service), and it means that you have read, understood and agreed to accept all the contents of this service agreement. In order to ensure the order of the game, SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED may establish reasonable and fair game user agreements or management rules, and members should abide by the announced game user agreements or management rules. Game user agreements or management rules are considered as part of this convention and have the same effect as this convention. When members use this service, in addition to agreeing to abide by this service agreement, they also agree to accept SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED's regulations on members of this website (including customer service center content, user agreements, management rules, regulations for individual services of announcements, etc.) and comply with relevant legal provisions. If you are an incapable or limited-capacity person under the age of 20, you must ask your legal representative to read this contract before joining the membership. Persons without legal capacity should apply for this service on their behalf through their legal agents; persons with limited legal capacity should obtain the consent of their legal agents before using the membership services provided by us; once you complete the registration and start using the services provided by us, it is presumed that your legal agent has read, understood and agreed to our membership service terms. You guarantee that you have reviewed this agreement for at least three days and have fully understood the aforementioned agreement, and agree to use the Limited User Agreement of SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED, which means that you have agreed to be bound by the terms contained in the Limited User Agreement of SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. You also understand and agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive expression of the Limited User Agreement of SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED between you and SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED regarding the use of the Limited User Agreement of SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED, and any prior or immediate agreement between you and SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED , whether oral, written or otherwise, shall be replaced by this agreement.

II. (Additions and modifications to the User Service Terms)
SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to amend and modify these User Terms and the Service Agreements of the Case Processing Center. If these Terms are amended or modified, SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will announce the fact of the modification on the service platform without further individual notification to users. If you do not agree to the modified content, please do not continue to use this service. If you continue to use this service after the announcement, it will be deemed that you have accepted and agreed to the revised terms.

III. (Service Introduction)
This service is a game platform provided by SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED . You will be able to enjoy various services including games that are in line with the services provided by this website. In the future, this website will cooperate with other manufacturers to provide more other network services for users. Users who accept this service must equip themselves with various computer equipment required for Internet access, and bear the telecommunications related fees such as "Internet connection fees" and "telephone fees".

IV. (User Responsibilities and Obligations)
1. Obligation to Log in Truthfully: You agree to log in your correct, complete and true personal information (including real name, ID number and E-mail, etc.) when using this service. If the information you log in changes afterwards, you should update it at any time using the update method provided by SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED . When the personal information you log in, or the original information you log in is no longer true and has not been updated, or is suspected of being misleading, SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will reserve the right to terminate your user qualification and use of this service at any time. In addition, if you conduct transactions in a false and improper manner, the company will also reserve the right to terminate your user qualification and use of various services at any time (for example, stop or delete your account on this service platform).
2. Responsibilities and obligations for using the service:
2.1 Users may not use this service to conduct any commercial activities, such as spamming advertising emails, promoting commercial websites, etc.
2.2 In addition to complying with these Terms of Service, you agree to comply with relevant regulations on international Internet usage practices and etiquette.
2.3 Users may not use this service to transmit or publish articles or pictures that involve insults, defamation, indecent, obscene, or offensive content.
e.Users agree to fully respect intellectual property rights and refrain from publishing texts, pictures, or any form of files that infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of others.
3. Account custody obligations:
3.1 You understand that when you become a user of this service platform, you can start to use this service, and the ownership of the service still belongs to SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and the person agreed with it. Users can only use it in accordance with the provisions of this service agreement and may not rent, lend, transfer or assign it to three other people for use.
3.2 Users are obliged to properly keep the account, password and other related user information for logging into this service platform , and are responsible for all activities and behaviors performed after this group of accounts logs into the system.
3.3 If the user finds that the account or password is illegally used by others or there is any abnormal situation that damages the security of use, he should immediately notify SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED . However, if the account or password is illegally used by others due to your negligence in custody, SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will not be responsible for handling it.

V. (Limitation of User Liability)
If you use false or improper means to "recharge", SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to terminate your user qualification and use of this service at any time, and will pursue relevant legal responsibilities.

VI. (Termination and Change of Service)
If a user has any of the following circumstances in the application for each service, SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED has the right to terminate or change the service of any user account at any time without prior notice to the user. This service is not responsible for any trouble, inconvenience or damage that may arise from the termination or change of the user's use of this service.
1. The user registers with false information.
2. Use this service with the name of SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or similar to SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED.
3. Use characters other than Chinese, English and numbers and obscene words as the name of this service.
4. Apply for an account for this service in the name of another person.
5. Use false and improper methods to recharge.
6. Violate the terms of this service.
7. Act in violation of public safety, public order and good customs.
8. Act in violation of current laws.

VII. (Service Suspension or Interruption)
In the event of any of the following circumstances, SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED has the right to suspend or interrupt all or part of this service, and this service shall not be responsible for any trouble, inconvenience or damage caused thereby to any user or third party.
1. When repairing and constructing the software and hardware equipment and electronic communication equipment related to this service.
2. When a sudden failure of software and hardware equipment and electronic communication equipment occurs.
3. When this service is unable to provide services due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters.
4. In an emergency, to maintain the integrity and safety of the personal and data of other users or third parties.
If all or part of this service is suspended or interrupted due to the user's violation of laws or the terms of this service or due to reasons that are not attributable to SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED , the fees during the suspension or interruption period will still be charged according to normal standards.

VIII. (Right to change services)
SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED reserves the right to add, modify or delete all or part of the Service without further notice, and users shall not claim any compensation or damages for this.

IX. (Scope of Liability)
1. This service is provided according to SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED's existing plan to meet the special needs of specific users. SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED does not guarantee that this service will fully meet your needs.
2. This service may be interrupted, temporarily unavailable, delayed, or cause errors in data transmission or storage due to failure or malfunction of the network system hardware and software equipment of itself, other third parties or related telecommunications operators; or human negligence in operation; or a third party may invade the system to tamper with or forge and alter data. SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED does not guarantee the stability, security, accuracy, and uninterruptedness of the services in the above circumstances. Users must understand all risks of using this service and any damages that may arise, and shall not request any compensation or compensation for this.
3. Please read the contents of this agreement and the precautions for each service carefully. If you do not accept any of the service contents, please exit immediately and refuse to apply for the case processing center service. When applying for various services, the applicant must fill in the information that is consistent with your ID card in detail. If the above information is false and causes the loss of being unable to notify, the user will bear it. The applicant guarantees that the information provided or filled in is true and correct (including personal information and contact address, telephone or email, account, server, character name and query time, etc.). If it is verified that the relevant supporting documents provided have been forged or altered, or the information filled in is not true, the applicant will bear the loss; and SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will regard the application as invalid and will not accept refunds; if the circumstances are serious or involve improper behavior, SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED has the right to directly transfer the applicant's relevant information to the prosecutor's office to investigate the applicant's criminal responsibility.
4. SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will not accept applications for various services on the test server provided by SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or during the game promotion period (closed beta, public beta).
5. To apply for any service item, you must apply to our company for verification within thirty days after the fact. If you exceed the time limit, the verification will not be accepted and our company will not be able to compensate you for your losses.

X. (User Information Processing and Privacy Protection)
For the personal information logged in or retained by the user, you agree that SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED may preserve, collect, process, transmit and use the user's personal information or related electromagnetic records derived therefrom within a reasonable scope to provide users with other information services, or to prepare user statistics, conduct surveys or research on network behavior, or for any legal use. For the personal information logged in or retained by the user, SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will not disclose the user's name, address, email address and other legally protected personal information to the public without the user's consent, but the following circumstances are not limited:
1. When required by the judiciary, police or other competent authorities based on legal procedures.
2. When safeguarding the public interest or protecting the rights and interests of SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or others.
3. When the user's behavior violates the law or the provisions of this Terms of Service.
4. In an emergency, to maintain the integrity and security of the personal, transaction content, game history, and personal information of other users or third parties.

XI. (Intellectual Property Rights)
All works and materials on this service platform, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights, ownership or other rights, are owned by SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or its rights holders. Unless authorized by SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or its respective rights holders in advance, users shall not reproduce, transmit, adapt, edit or use them in any other form or for any purpose without authorization. Violators shall bear all relevant legal responsibilities. In the case of the preceding paragraph, members shall not transfer, sell, assign or otherwise dispose of all works and materials on the SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED game website due to their possession or possession.

XII. (Effect of individual clauses)
If any user terms stipulated in this Agreement are invalid in whole or in part, it will not affect the validity of other terms.

XIII. (Governing Law)
The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service, as well as the rights and obligations between users and SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED arising from the use of this service, shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (excluding the Law on the Application of Foreign Civil Law or other similar regulations.)

XIV. (Jurisdictional Court)
For any disputes arising from these Terms of Service, it is agreed that the Eastern Magistrates' Courts of Hong Kong shall be the court of first instance.

XV. (Termination of the Contract and Refund)
The user may notify SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED at any time to terminate this contract, and the user may request a refund of a corresponding amount from SHARK ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED within seven days. However, the amount shall be deducted from a certain percentage of the handling fee, and the user's unused game points shall be refunded to the user in cash, credit card, draft or registered mail check within thirty days.
